A metallic tubular housing (40) contains cylindrical thermal insulation (36), a candle holder (38) for an oxygen-generating candle (32) and a candle support (52). A vibration-preventing member (70, 70', 70") being arranged at the centre of ignition means (F") between a first support means (68, 68', 78, 78', 88, 88', 138, 138') and a first cap member (42'). The edge of the vibration-preventing member (70, 70', 70") and the edge of the first cap member (42') being engaged with the housing and directly with each other through the tubular housing (40). Oxygen generated by thermal decomposition of the candle (32), following triggering of an ignition device (F"), passes through the cylindrical thermal insulation (36).
