PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip practice instrument capable of easily preparing a grip exactly matching the respective persons, thereby enabling a user to master the grip exactly fitted to the user in a short time even in the case of a complicated grip. SOLUTION: In this grip practice instrument for sports goods having a grip part, at least a part of the grip part 1 is formed of thermosoftening resin. The grip part of the grip practice instrument is heated to its softening temperature, the softened grip part is held by a desired grip method, and projecting and recessed parts for gripping according to the individual hands are formed on the surface thereof.
