PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spoon for sick, handicapped, infant, or aged persons enabling even suck persons to easily have a meal in medical facilities, care facilities or at home. SOLUTION: The center line of a longitudinal plane of a dish-like recessed part for receiving foods is tilted in the approaching direction to the mouth of a user by about 60-150 deg. in relation to the center line of a longitudinal plane of a handle part to be grabbed by a hand. The end of the handle having the dish-like recessed part or its proximity is provided with a projection that projects in the rear side direction of the recessed part and has a flat bottom surface.
