PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling vehicle conformable to center-of-gravity movement. SOLUTION: A car body 1 comprises a cargo means 10 workable on both sides thereof, liquid tanks 25A and 25B provided separately in the lateral direction, and a liquid moving means 26 for moving a liquid O between the liquid tanks 25A and 25B. When the cargo means 10 is worked in either side, the liquid is moved to the liquid tank 25B, 25A opposite to the cargo side by the operation of the liquid moving means 26, whereby the cargo-side liquid tank 25A, 25B can be made empty, and the opposite liquid tank 25B, 25A can be in the full state. The center-of-gravity movement by weight on the cargo means 10 side in a cargo work can be canceled by applying the weight of the liquid O of the liquid tank 25B, 25A to the opposite side. The inclination of the car body 1 can be prevented by this balance, and a traveling or loading work can be regularly stably performed to improve the working efficiency.
