PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative material having a leather like soft feeling and excellent in surface physical properties such as scratch resistance, solvent resistance, antistaining properties or the like. SOLUTION: The decorative material is constituted by integrally laminating a thermoplastic polyester type elastomer resin sheet and thermosetting resin impregnated paper through a primer layer. As the primer, a vinyl chloride resin-based primer is used.
