PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device which gives no excessive stresses to develop cracks when a compact is withdrawn out of a die, can easily adjust the timing of the operation, and form compacts of a pot and a flange only by exchanging die parts, with other compacts by common die parts. SOLUTION: In the die device 5 of the withdrawal method comprises a holder 32 which can be raised/lowered in the direction of a guide rod 24, pneumatic cylinders 8A, 8B which are fixed to a base plate 50 to raise/lower the holder 32, and a pneumatic cylinder 9 which is fixed to a lower side of the base plate 50 to raise/lower a lifting rod 43, the pneumatic cylinders 8A, 8B raise/lower a lower first punch 30 and a pneumatic cylinder 9 raises/lowers a lower second punch 40 to easily withdraw the compact from the die 20.
