PURPOSE: A container for collecting disposal syringe is provided to conveniently collect syringe needle as fitted in the syringe to eliminate secondary infection and hygienic problem by comprising a fitting element to accept hub for the needle. CONSTITUTION: The container(30) comprises a disposal syringe(10) with needle(16) held in a hub(14); a fixture element(50) to move the hub(14) and the needle(16) in order to collect both of them; and a joint element(70) coupled to inner screw pitch(54) to press inner spring(60). The container further includes a cover(25), fitting elements(20) to move up/down and to form thresholds(22) engaging to the hub(14), and a joint thread(40) engaged to outer screw pitch(52) to lock the fitting elements(20) to bottom side of the container(30).
