PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an ink to smoothly rotatably flow and laterally move in an ink reservoir when an ink amount in the reservoir is sensed by using an ink amount sensing sensor. SOLUTION: The ink amount sensing sensor 26 is disposed at a position where a length 'h' of a perpendicular drawn onto a needle 26a inserted into the ink in the ink reservoir 15 or an extension line of the needle 26a from a rotating flowing center 'A' when the ink stored in the reservoir 15 rotatably flows. Thus, at a printing time in which a plate cylinder is rotated or the like, the reservoir 26a does not disturb the rotatable flow of the ink, the rotatable flow of the ink is smoothly conducted, and the ink is smoothly laterally moved in the reservoir 15 in association with the rotatable flow of the ink. |
