PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil removing device capable of preventing the excessive lubricating oil of a chain from dropping in a wide range to reduce the design property and also preventing the deterioration of this effect for a long period. SOLUTION: This excessive oil lubricating removing device 15 having a brush-like body 34 is arranged so that the brush-like body 34 makes contact with the lower part in a prescribed position of a drive chain 6, and the excessive lubricating oil adhered to the brush-like body 34 and the drive chain 6 is forcedly dropped along the brush-like body 34 by the surface tension by the affinity with the excessive lubricating oil.
