PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear view mirror device for a vehicle capable of constituting at low cost, easily finding an image in the front and on the side of the vehicle, enhancing safety, and improving a traveling ability by reducing air resistance. SOLUTION: This rear view mirror device for the vehicle has a converging window 1a for converging the light from the rear and the side of the vehicle, installed on the outside of the side wall of the vehicle; plural reflecting mirrors 2, 3, 4, 5 and a concave mirror 6 having at lest a convex surface and a concave surface as a reflex surface for guiding reflected light from the converging window 1a into a cabin; and a visible window 7 for recognizing the reflected light reflected by plural reflecting mirrors.
