PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filing implement capable of easily filing or removing and being discarded together with a material filed in the implement. SOLUTION: The filing implement 1 can be inserted into a plurality of through holes 12 provided at one end of each of a plurality of sheets or the like 10 so as to file the sheets or the like 10. The implement 1 comprises a plurality of band-like ring members 11 openably formed of a material having a predetermined or more elasticity to be inserted into the holes 12, a coupling member 13 for coupling the plurality of the members 11 in a state in which the members 11 can be respectively inserted into the holes 12, locking holes 14 respectively provided at one ends of the members 11, and locking means 15 respectively provided at the other ends of the members 11 to be locked to the holes 14.
