PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveyer capable of surely sucking and smoothly conveying a sheet without deflecting an endless belt. SOLUTION: A sheet conveyer is provided with a support plate 12 having plural narrow grooves 22 extending in a sheet conveying direction cut on the surface in parallel each other and having air discharging holes pierced at bottom parts of the narrow grooves 22, a discharge air chamber 17 provided in a reverse surface side of the support plate 12, a discharging port 32 discharging air from the inside of the discharge air chamber 17, and an endless belt 11 wound by a drive roller 14 and a driven roller 15 and moving in cycles with contacting the surface of the support plate 12 and having plural communication holes 21 pierced at locations corresponding to the narrow grooves 22.
