PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle reducing vehicular vibration during travelling. SOLUTION: Wheel devices 10, 30 are provided at plural spots in front and rear parts under vehicular body 2. The wheel devices 10, 30 are composed of rocking elements 14, 34 provided so as to vertically rock to the vehicular body 2, axles 15, 35 provided on the rocking elements 14, 34, wheels 16, 36 provided on the axles 15, 35, and cylinder devices 17, 38 interlocked with the rocking elements 14, 34. An accumulator 41 is interposed in a hydraulic circuit 40 to the cylinder devices 17, 38. The cylinder devices 17, 38 are expanded/ contracted to vertically rock the rocking elements 14, 34, and the wheels 16, 36 are ascended/descended to the vehicular body 2 to adjust the level of a deck 5. When travelling on an uneven road, pressure changes of the cylinder devices 17, 38 are absorbed by the accumulator 41, thereby reducing vibrations of the vehicular body during travelling.
