PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless information collecting device for a rolling stock capable of positively performing data transmission between a terminal station and a central office with favorable work efficiency, without increasing wiring work cost, and without accompanying appearance deterioration. SOLUTION: In this device, information of a facility collected by the terminal station is data-transmitted to the central office for storing and saving it in the central office. The central office sends out time information, a serial number and a request-to-send to the terminal station by radio, and it stores the time information, the serial number, and the information of the facility sent by the terminal station into a storing part.
