PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly mail a pamphlet without filling the pamphlet in an envelope by making a receiver who opens the envelope have an interest and prolonging a receiver's holding time. SOLUTION: One rectangular sheet 11 for a base is folded in double or more to continuously form at least two paper pieces 12 and 13. A pair of rising pieces 14 and 16 are provided in the paper pieces. These rising pieces have a pair of adhesive parts 14a, 16a adhered along a folding line 11 between the paper pieces on inner surfaces of the pair of adjacent paper pieces 12 and 13 of at least the two paper pieces and a pair of laminating parts 14b and 16b continuously provided at the pair of the adhered parts of the folding line side and oppositely adhered thereto. The pair of the laminating parts are constituted to be risen before the pair of adjacent paper pieces are folded at the folding line and when the pair of the folded adjacent paper pieces are opened.
