PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flux-filled wire for gas shield arc welding provided with various capacities such as the high welding capacity, productivity, the low amount of slag to be generated and the low amount of fumes to be generated of solid wire and the stable welding operability of flux-filled wire. SOLUTION: This flux-filled wire for gas shield arc welding is the one in which flux is filled into an outer film of steel and contains, by the total wire mass %, 0.3 to 1.8% Si and 0.8 to 4.0% Mn and contains, as an arc stabilizer, a TiO2 source of 0.15 to 1.5% by the value expressed in terms of TiO2, and in which flux filling ratio is 3 to 7%. Further, the filled flux contains iron powder. Moreover, in the flux-filled wire, the outer film made of steel is free from joints or has joints. The surface of the outer film made of steel has copper plating or is not plated.
