PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation structure of a temperature fuse in an electric cooker, which detects heating due to an increase in contact resistance between a power supply section and an energization control device and stops energization by disconnecting the temperature fuse. SOLUTION: A holding plate 19 is connected to each of power supply connections 18, a temperature fuse 20 is wrapped, an electric insulator 22 having a projection 23 securing a clearance of 2.5 mm or larger between the holding plates is embraced by the holding plates. The insulation distance between different poles of the holding plates connected to different poles can be secured, and the structure can be simplified by integrating the insulation protecting portion of the temperature fuse and the projection.
