PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method provided with a function performing smooth attachment and detachment without causing a displayed card or picture to fall down, move, shift, etc., from a predetermined location in a picture holder. SOLUTION: A picture holder is assembled and constituted in such a form in which the projected surfaces of each plate face to each other with the frame- formed surface of a main plate 1 curved in a projected shape and the frame- formed surface of a face plate 2 curved in a recessed shape. A frame portion is formed by a method of folding back at an optional width and cutting out unnecessary portions.
