PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove such a disadvantage that the conventional curing in forming coating films on plastic lenses is effected by heating or ultraviolet rays and the use of heat takes a lot of time and causes failure and much energy consumption. SOLUTION: The coating films are cured by electron beams to enable short- time curing and reduction in failure and energy consumption.
