PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for taking out an as-cast casting from a green sand mold after pouring molten metal with which the as-cast casting is taken out from the green sand mold without damaging the as-cast casting and the as-cast casting can be fed out by taking out according to molding, pouring of the molten metal, etc., in order and the sand quantity carried into a treating process of the green molding sand can be minimized. SOLUTION: This method and a device for taking out the as-cast casting from the green sand mold after pouring the molten metal, are provided with a process which carries the flaskless green sand mold after pouring the molten metal into a mold shake-out position one by one, a process which air-tightly surrounds the flaskless green sand mold after pouring the molten metal, a process which boils the moisture in the high temperature state in the moisture condensed layer of the flaskless green sand mold by rapidly reducing the pressure in the air-tight air-tightly surrounded to collapse the green sand mold after pouring the molten metal, and a process which separates the green molding sand from the as-cast casting by applying the vibration to the green molding sand and the as-cast casting.
