PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a porous set cement, causing little change with the lapse of time, having high strength and open voids, and eluting very small amount of an alkaline component, in comparatively short period. SOLUTION: A cement paste obtained by mixing a silica-mixed admixture, a cement and water is attached to the surface of a coarse aggregate containing >=55 wt.% silica, and the resultant product is compacted to provide a cement- hardened body having the open voids. The obtained cement-hardened body having the open voids is subjected to a normal-pressure high-temperature curing, and a high-pressure high-temperature curing in order to provide the objective porous set cement. |
