PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing device for web having a high rate of operation and allowing the easy exchange of a flexible sheet in a short time, and the flexible sheet used for pressurizing device for the web mountable without wrinkling even if no tension is imparted to a tub and thus extended in life. SOLUTION: This device comprises a cylindrical bracket 1 having a cylindrical shape by fixing tubs 3 formed on both ends thereof to a circular flange 7 at both ends, and the bracket 1 is pressed to a roll opposed through a web to pressurize the web. At least two positioning holes 4 and 15 are provided on the tub 3 of the bracket 1, and positioning pins 8 and 9 to be fitted to the positioning holes 4 and 15, respectively, are provided on the flange 7.
