PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo sheet reduced in weight per a unit area, good in worker's operability and having sufficient strength. SOLUTION: The cargo sheet is constituted by sewing a first composite sheet 2, which is formed by laminating synthetic paper with a thickness of about 0.05-0.2 mm to one surface of cloth 21 with a thickness of about 0.05-0.2 mm comprising a synthetic fiber, a second composite sheet 4, which is formed by laminating synthetic paper 42 with a thickness of about 0.05-0.2 mm to one surface of cloth 41 with a thickness of about 0.05-0.2 mm comprising a synthetic fiber, by sewing thread so that the synthetic papers 22, 42 of the first and second composite sheets 2, 4 are adjacent to each other. Waterproof treatment is applied to the sewn part of the cargo sheet by applying a waterproof agent 8 to the sewn part.
