PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the total adjusting width as well as to perform accurate adjustment by performing the operation little by little without reducing an adjusting pitch of a cam, in a rear wheel suspension device for a two-wheeler constituted of a pair of hydraulic shock absorbers having cam-type spring force adjusting mechanisms. SOLUTION: In this rear wheel suspension device for a two-wheeler, two hydraulic shock absorbers 2 having cam-type spring force adjusting mechanisms 6 are paired, and a rear wheel 3 is vertically movably suspended from the right and left in relation to a vehicle body 5. Adjusting pitches of the cam-type spring force adjusting mechanisms 6 in the hydraulic shock absorbers 2 are made different from each other at the right and left.
