PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient fixing strength with the small number of parts and a simple structure by rotating a handle between the using position and the housing position along a handle post. SOLUTION: A handle holding part 22 is provided on the upper part of a handle post 20, and circular holes 26 are formed on the right and left side surfaces. A pair of handles 34 have base parts mounted on the circular holes 26 so as to be freely rotated around axes W of the circular holes 26, and they are bent at middle parts C projecting from the circular holes 26 into a U shape as a whole. The axes W as the rotational centers of a pair of handles 34 cross to each other above the handle post 20, each handle 34 is rotated around the axis W, and therefore, grip parts D between the middle parts C of the handles 34 and the tips are rotated between the using position extending toward the sides of the handle holding part 22 and the housing position extending along the handle post 20.
