PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fixing structure for a glove box reducing a cost and easy to enhance appearance. SOLUTION: A pin accepting part 13 is installed in each side wall 12 of an opening 11 of an instrument panel 1. The pin accepting part 13 has a recess 13a for accepting a pin 24; a gate part 13b for guiding the pin 24 into the recess 13a; and an outer circumferential surface 13c having a constant curvature. A rib 14 has a circular arc-shaped inner circumferential surface 14a, and the distance length to the outer circumferential surface 13c is almost constant. A pin 24 to be inserted into the recess 13a is installed on an outside face 23 of a glove box 2. A rib 25 has a circular arc shape having almost a uniform width, and the width is shorter than the distance length. When the glove box 2 is rotated in the depth direction of the opening 11 on the pin 24, the rib 25 is inserted between the outer circumferential surface 13c and the inner circumferential surface 14a, and the pin 24 is held within the recess 13a.
