PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a positional deviation of a screen mask in association with a movement of a squeegee and to prevent an oxidation of a printing agent. SOLUTION: A supporting shaft 2 is inserted into a central part of a printing agent scraping drum 1 closed at both ends and partly opened at its lower end so that the drum 1 is rotatable to the shaft. The drum 1 is moved in a reciprocating manner along a moving direction of the squeegee via the movement of the shaft 2, lowered at a starting position of the movement and raised at an ending position. The drum 1 is rotated at a predetermined angle in an opposite direction at predetermined timing at the starting and ending positions. A squeegee holder 3 inclined to a predetermined angle and raised and lowered at the predetermined timing is disposed in the drum 1. The squeegee 10 and a printing agent pressing plate 11 are mounted at a lower end of the holder 4. A nitrogen gas 17 is charged in the drum 1.
