PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeezing part mechanism of a screw squeezing machine which generates the optimum bearing pressure in the squeezing part according to a material to be squeezed, and is simple in the structure. SOLUTION: In the screw squeezing machine comprising a cylindrical casing 3 having a discharge port 31 of the work on one end side in the axial direction and a feed port 32 on a side part and a feed screw 4 to be driven in the casing, the squeezing part mechanism disposed on the discharge port comprises a sleeve 21 comprising a narrow part 21t having a tapered inner surface and a straight part 21s continuous thereto and a resisting means which is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the straight part to elastically form a discharge resistance of a squeezed lump. The resisting means holds a trunk side 22b of a resistance plate 22 by the outer side of the straight part, and a tip side 22c is extended in the axial direction and in the discharging direction in the straight portion. The repulsive force of the resisting means may be adjustable, or a rib 21r may be provided on an inner surface of the narrow part.
