PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding rice transplanter having good operability. SOLUTION: A main speed change lever and a lever capable of conducting clutch and brake operation from the side of the machine body by getting off the machine body are arranged side by side in the width direction of the machine body. The main speed change lever is disposed inward the machine body, and the lever capable of conducting clutch and brake operation from the side of the machine body by getting off the machine body are disposed outward the machine body. A lever guide for the lever capable of conducting clutch and brake operation from the side of the machine body by getting off the machine body is bored substantially like an L-shape. In a position for stopping the whole power of the lever guide bored substantially L-shaped, a locking part is provided for enabling the lever capable of conducting clutch and brake operation from the side of the machine body to move to the front part of the machine body, and when the lever is moved to the position for stopping the whole power, the grip part of the lever is positioned inside the steering outer diameter of the steering handle in a plan view.
