<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing the deformation of an edge frame when heating in a microwave oven a simple food container having a simple food container body comprising an inner container integrated with a thin plastic sheet insulating the heat transfer of the heated content to the edge frame and the foamed plastic edge frame. SOLUTION: A downwardly extended extension portion is formed on a tip of an upper circumferential edge of the inner container, and a tip of the extension portion is heat-bonded to the edge frame to form a heat-insulating space between the inner container and the edge frame. The simple food container has the lid member formed of a regularly transparent thin plastic sheet, the lid member has the downwardly extended circumferential edge portion on an outer circumference, a lower end of the circumferential edge portion is abutted on an upper circumferential edge portion of the inner container when the lid is covered thereon, the heat radiation from the content in the heated inner container is prevented, and the lower end of the circumferential edge portion is fitted and locked to the inner container or the edge frame.</p> |
