PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten vulcanizing time while preventing a forming defect. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire is provided with a carcass 6 extending from a tread part 2 to a bead core 5 of a bead part 4 through a side wall part 3, and a belt layer 7 disposed outside along a tire radial direction of the carcass 6 and inside of the tread part 2. A side wall rubber 9 provided outside of the carcass 6 at the side wall part 3 comprises an outer layer rubber part 10 disposed on the outer surface side of the tire, and an inner layer rubber part 11 disposed inside the outer layer rubber part 10 and having a tip part 11a outside along the tire radial direction fastened between the carcass 6 and the belt layer 7 and ending with a tapered shape. The outer layer rubber part 10 is formed by a rubber material exhibiting more excellent rubber flowing performance at an early stage for vulcanization than the inner rubber part 11.
