PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain bead burst effectively caused by a winding start end M of a single line code 13. SOLUTION: A winding start end M of a single line code 13 at an inmost side step along the radial direction is moved from an inmost side row position along the axial direction to the outside along the axial direction at least for one single line code. Even if the winding start end M is pulled and moved by a carcass layer during vulcanization, the winding start end M does not protrude from an inside surface of the bead core 11 along the axial direction when the moved amount is within the amount L moved outside along the axial direction. Thus, the carcass layer is not damaged even when running under a heavy load.
