PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device for loaded items in which a tension is applied to a plurality of wires with one time operation and a fastening operation can be smoothly carried out. SOLUTION: There are provided a machine frame 1; a plurality of winding-up pulleys 3 biased by a spiral spring 28 in a wire winding-up direction and having gears installed therein; an intermittent gear 2 formed with a gear part 41 engaged with the gear of each of the pulleys 3 and a toothless part 42 allowing a free rotation; an operating mechanism 5 for turning the intermittent gear 2 in a wire winding-up direction; a wire Y wound at each of the pulleys 3 and pulling loaded items; and a lock mechanism 5R. Each of the pulleys 3 can always be turned and when the operating mechanism 5 is operated, the intermittent gear 2 is engaged with each of the gears, the pulleys 3 are turned and the wire Y is wound on them and tensioned.
