PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure water washing machine capable of safely and surely washing a material to be washed in vertical direction to a center shaft of an injector main body. SOLUTION: The high pressure water washing machine is equipped with a cylindrical injector main body 1, a tip nozzle member 2 provided at the forward tip part of the injector main body, a high pressure water injection port 26, a high pressure injection port 3 provided at the back tip part of the injector main body 1 placed opposite to the high pressure water injection port 26, washes the material to be washed by the high pressure water injected from the high pressure water injection port 26 and reduces the reaction force of the high pressure water ejected from the high pressure water injection port 26 by the high pressure air injection port 3. A high pressure water injection nozzle 15 opening to the vertical direction to the axis direction of the injector main body 1 and a high pressure air injection nozzle 16 opening to an oppositing direction to the opening direction of the high pressure water injection nozzle 15 are also provided at the tip nozzle member 2.
