PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control a container carrier. SOLUTION: A radio IC head tag 5 with an input head number and a radio IC chassis tag 6 with an input chassis number are attached to a chassis 2 and a tractor head 1 for towing the chassis 2 for being loaded with a container 3. A radio antenna 8 for reception and transmission between the tags 5, 6 is mounted on a required checkpoint in the moving range of a trailer.
