This fluorescent material has a thin film comprising the oxide composite particle on the surface of the red, etc. fluorescent particle, and it can be obtained by mixing the fluorescent particle in a dispersion of a gold colloid and the oxide composite particle, stirring, then taking out, and drying the precipitated fluorescent particle. This color filter has filter layers formed inside a panel and at least one color filter layer is a thin film of the composite oxide particle. |
