AEROSOL VALVE FOR ULTRADRY SPRAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol valve for an ultradry spray preventing coarse mist at the outlet part of a jet orifice from becoming a liquid drop and also stably ejecting a properly balanced gas-liquid mixed gas from the jet orifice. SOLUTION: The aerosol valve has the jet orifice 8 formed on an aerosol container, the valve stem 5 piercing the upper mesh metal plate 10 of the container communicating with the interior of the container and the jet orifice, the valve housing 2 fixed to the mesh metal plate at its upper part to guide the valve stem axially and the annular stem rubber 4 communicating with the valve stem to control the same. The valve housing 2 houses a spring 7 for elastically urging the valve stem 5 upwardly with respect to the mesh metal plate 10 and has at least one Ventri orifice 3 bored in the peripheral wall 14 thereof and the liquid supply medium 17 arranged to the lower end part 16 of the housing 2 absorbs the liquid in the container by a capillary phenomenon and evaporates the liquid in the housing by Venturi action to form mist like gas.
