PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device for sheet body capable of winding a sheet body having a paint film while reducing the winding shape failure. SOLUTION: This device comprises a rocking means 9 connected to one of retainers 4 and 5 retaining both ends of the core 3 of the sheet body 2 having the paint film to rock the core 3 in the axial direction and a following means 12 connected to the other of the retainers 4 and 5 to follow the rocking of the core 3, so that the core 3 is rocked in the axial direction in the winding of the sheet body 2.
