<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive simple attaching structure of a bracket onto an elastic barrier G. SOLUTION: In this falling-off preventive device, a hinge member 32 for constituting a hinge has a socket 34 of U-shaped cross-section and a stopper for specifying a closing position for the elastic barrier G, a side end part of an elastic barrier member is inserted into the socket to be fixed freely detachably by a fixing means, a torsion coil spring is engaged with a hinge pin 33, one end of the torsion coil spring is engaged with the hinge pin, the hinge pin is locked rotation-preventively to a boss of a bracket 31 fixed to an end panel of a rolling stock to constitute the hinge, the elastic barrier is energized toward a closing direction by the torsion coil spring, and the stopper of the hinge member is brought into contact with the bracket by energizing force of the torsion coil spring to hold the elastic barrier in the closed position.</p> |
