PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified frame structure of a rack used in an automated warehouse, etc., for storage, etc., of goods, improve the easiness in the assembling operations, and accomplish cost-down. SOLUTION: The rack is structured so that vertical frames for partitioning are installed upright at a certain spacing in the rack longitudinal direction and the rear stays 2 of these vertical frames are coupled together by a horizontal coupling member 19 and a brace 22, wherein direct attachment to the outer side face of the rear stay 2 is made using a common coupling 28 in the condition that a flat mounting part 20 at the end of the horizontal coupling member 19 and an end mounting plate 24 of each brace 22 are overlapped one over the other.
