PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a maintenance property by simply carrying out a maintenance of an exposed portion by exposing an upper portion of a rear cushion without requiring a particular structure even at a cover side covering the upper portion of the rear cushion and removing a body portion of a fuel tank from a car body. SOLUTION: An upper portion of a rear cushion 25 is covered with a rear cowl 27 having a seat 28 on an upper surface and a front end portion of this rear cowl 27 is attachably/detachably mounted to right and left main frames 1 and a pivot plate 22 by one-touch fasteners 29, 30. A sub-tank 26 formed on a rear portion of a fuel tank 11 covering an upper portion of the rear cushion 25 is pressed from above by the rear cowl 21.
