PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transferring implement easy to replace a transfer tape at a low cost. SOLUTION: A horse-shoe shaped cartridge 2 contains the transfer tape 4 together with a feeding reel 11 and a winding reel 12. The cartridge 2 is contained in an internally engaged state in a flat body container 3 having a profile shape substantially same as that of the cartridge 2 and an opened slightly large-sized upper surface. In this case, the tape 4 is engaged over a transfer head 14 attached to the container 3.
