PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip made of a synthetic resin without deviation of a sheet when the sheet is held and without dropping a paper sheet from the holding state. SOLUTION: A supporting piece 2 is continuously provided at a base plate 1. A rotary piece 9 is constituted by continuously providing an operating piece 9a and a pressing piece 9b in an intersecting direction at the end of a superposing piece 2a of the piece 2 and the plate 1. The piece 9 is continuously provided at the piece 9a and a continuous part 9' of the piece 9b via an elastic hinge 8. A sandwiching piece 3 for sandwiching the paper sheet S between the piece 9b of the piece 9 and the plate 1 by being pressed by the piece 9b is continuously provided between the piece 2 and the piece 2a of the plate 1. Further, a receiving piece 10 to be superposed on the piece 3 via an engaging gap 11 for the piece 9b are continuously provided on a rotating locus of the piece 9b on one side surface of the piece 3 at the piece 2a side.
