PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct drawing type lithographic printing original plate, in which no spotted scumming develops, not to mention even no scumming over the whole surface as an offset original plate and with which a large number of sheets of printed matters, which have clear images with neither its omission nor its deformation nor the like, can be printed. SOLUTION: This direct drawing type lithographic printing original plate is produced by providing an image receiving layer including at least a resin including a bond, in which a specified metal oxide particle and/or double oxide particle and a metal atom are connected through an oxygen atom with each other, and a binding resin including an organic polymer complex between a group, which can form a hydrogen bond with the above resin, and a polar functional group and having a hydrophilic surface, on a water resisting support.
