PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately stick a resin film for correction to one side of a plate- like body, an inner side of a cylindrical body and a welded can seam of a can body, to reduce the manufacturing steps, to increase the yield, and to reduce the price of products. SOLUTION: Before the resin film 5 such as the resin film for correction is stuck to one side of the plate-like body, the inner side of the cylindrical body and the welded can seam of the can body 1 which are carried, press rolls 7, 7 are turned by a predetermined angle in the reverse direction to return a cut tip of the resin film 5 by a predetermined quantity, and then, the press rolls 7, 7 are rotated in the forward direction in an interlocking manner with the insertion of the plate-like body, the cylindrical body and the can body 1 in the press rolls 7, 7, and the resin film 5 is stuck to the inner surface of the can body 1 over the entire length while agreeing the cut tip of the resin film 5 with the tip of the can body 1.
