PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing equipment capable of efficiently washing a material to be subjected to washing treatment (material to be treated) such as earth/sand without using any rotary member and to provide an earth/soil treatment system provided with the washing equipment. SOLUTION: This washing equipment 30 is provided with a jet stream type washing device 32 for receiving a material to be treated such as grit or screen residues; a driving water pump 34 for supplying driving water for the material to be treated to the jet stream type washing device 32; and a stationary mixer 33 for receiving the driving water and the material to be treated from the jet stream type washing device 32, mixing the driving water and material to be treated together and washing the material.
