PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a jump game machine in which the sense of incongruity for a player is solved and in which characters jumping and moving without a sense of incongruity and smoothly in accordance with the jumping movement of the player are displayed. SOLUTION: In the display device for a jump game machine in which the characters working with the movement of a jump operation portion operated by the player are displayed, wherein the characters are character models, the display device has a mounting means in which an interlocking means for transmitting the jump movement of the jump operation portion to the character models and a mounting portion to which the character models in lively motion may transfer are arranged appropriately, the character models are arranged on the front side of the mounting portion and are so constructed that the tip has a latching member which may be latched in the mounting portion and that the character models ride in the mounting portion via the latching member, and the latching member has such an elasticity that the character models may land while spring on the mounting portion.
