FILMING LIQUID COMPOSITE FOR CATHODE RAY TUBE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SCREEN FILM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A filming liquid composite for a cathode ray tube and a method of manufacturing a screen film using the same are provided to allow a process to be performed safely by using an aqueous emulsion. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing a screen film using a filming liquid composite includes the first step of forming a layer of a phosphor-coated film on an inner surface of a panel in which a black matrix is formed. In the second step, a filming film is formed by coating and drying the filming liquid composite on the phosphor-coated film. The filming liquid composite has a methyl metacrylate of which resolution temperature is 200-220°C and molecular weight is one million and five hundred thousand through two million and five hundred thousand. In the third step, a metal film is formed on the filming film.
