PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a perforated foil capable of having a great degree of freedom in designing a size and a pitch of holes, stably manufacturing a perforated foil at low cost, and particularly stably manufacturing the perforated foil in processing a long metal foil continuously. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the perforated foil 1 having a predetermined patterned hole 1a formed on the metal foil 6, a first elastic material 5 and the metal foil 6 which deform by pressure are mounted in this order on a base 7 which does not deform by pressure. After eliminating the predetermined patterned hole, a groove 3 having a pattern corresponding to a remaining part is formed on a surface, and the metal foil on the first elastic material 5 is pressurized by a grooved roll 2 with a second elastic material 9 buried in the groove 3.
