PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane resin composition and the like, which each has proper workability and a proper curing rate, even when cured under a relatively high temperature condition and gives a cured product free from bubbles, swelling, surface tackiness and so on. SOLUTION: This urethane resin composition comprising at least a component (A) and a component (B). The component (A) is an isocyanate compound which is obtained by reacting a tolylene diisocyanate isomer mixture of 2,4- tolylenediisocyanate with 2,6-tolylenediisocyanate in a mixing weight ratio of 90.1:9.9 to 100:0 with a polyol compound having two or more alcoholic hydroxy groups in the molecule and has two or more isocyanate groups in the molecule, and the component (B) is magnesium oxide having a specific surface of >=30 m2/g by BET method. A curable polyurethane resin composition comprises the urethane resin composition and water as a curing agent. Coatings and sealing materials are provided using the urethane resin composition.
